This is where clarity turns into movement.

It’s simply protected time to focus, with other women beside you doing the same.
Sometimes the thing that has been sitting on your list for weeks finally moves because you’re no longer trying to move it alone.
Monthly Business Realignment — monthly
Once a month, we zoom out.
Instead of immediately rushing into another month, we make space to look at the one we just lived.
What happened? What worked? What didn’t? What is your business showing you? What has been taking your energy? And what actually deserves it next?
Together, we clear some of the mental clutter, look honestly at our businesses and finances, reflect on what the month has been teaching us, and intentionally choose how we want to lead into the next one.
It’s a monthly practice of intentional leadership — so your business doesn’t simply carry you along with it.
And between those spaces, we stay connected.
WINC doesn’t disappear when the meeting ends.
Our private Slack space is where conversations continue, questions get brought into the room, wins get celebrated, resources and opportunities get shared, and we stay connected to what’s unfolding in one another’s businesses and lives.
Each week, our Friday Integration gives you a moment to notice what you’re actually living — not just what you learned or accomplished, but what shifted, what mattered, what you chose differently, and what you want to carry forward.
And sometimes, new experiments and collaborative experiences emerge from what the community is exploring together.
You don’t have to participate in everything or keep up with everything.
This isn’t more noise to manage.
