Top-Tier Membership
Top-Tier membership is designed for those looking to fully immerse themselves in the WINC experience. As a Top-Tier member, you'll gain exclusive access to our Mastermind program, comprehensive Human Design and DiSC assessments, sponsorship opportunities, and personalized goal tracking. This membership offers full participation in open and member-only meetings, professional development courses, and networking events, all enhanced by our active Slack community.
Annual Fee: $900 or $79/month
Requirements:
Complete one 1:1 meeting with another WINC member each month.
Submit a monthly progress report.
Volunteer at a WINC event for at least one hour during your 12-month term.
Onboarding and Mentorship: Your journey as a Top-Tier member begins with comprehensive onboarding and a three-month mentorship program. Your mentor will guide you through the nuances of WINC, ensuring you’re equipped to take advantage of every opportunity. You’ll feel supported, never left behind, and well-prepared to engage fully in your membership benefits and responsibilities.
Core Membership
Core membership is ideal for women who want robust access to WINC's open meetings, quarterly member-only events, professional development opportunities, and the chance to engage in networking events and our active Slack community. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute and lead within the community.
Annual Fee: $600 or $54/month
Requirements:
Complete one 1:1 meeting with another WINC member each month.

Volunteer at a WINC event for at least one hour during your 12-month term.
Onboarding and Mentorship: As a Core member, you’ll benefit from our thorough onboarding process and a dedicated mentor for your first three months. This mentorship will help you integrate smoothly into the WINC community, ensuring you understand all aspects of your membership and are ready to participate confidently. Your mentor will be there to answer questions, offer guidance, and help you build your network from day one.
Associate Membership
The Associate membership offers a more flexible approach, granting access to professional development courses, invitations to networking events, and opportunities to engage in community-building activities. You’ll be listed on the WINC website and can join conversations within our Slack community.
Annual Fee: $400 or $40/month
Requirements: There are no specific requirements for Associate members, though active participation is encouraged to maximize your experience.
Onboarding and Mentorship: Even as an Associate member, you won’t be navigating WINC alone. You’ll receive structured onboarding and the support of a mentor for your first three months. This ensures you have a solid understanding of your membership’s benefits and opportunities, making it easier to get involved and start building connections.

All WINC Memberships are based on application. In some instances it may take up to 30 days for application approval. At the time of approval membership will comense upon the completion of the WINC Membership Contract and the Annual Fee payment.
