Slack: How We Connect Inside WINC

This module is a practical setup guide for using Slack inside WINC.

There is no instructional video for this module. Instead, you’ll use the step-by-step SOP-style PDF linked below to walk through Slack setup and navigation at your own pace.

Slack is our primary connection space between touchpoints, and this guide covers:

• setting up your Slack profile

• understanding how channels are used

• knowing where to post and how to engage

• staying connected without feeling “always on”

You don’t need to memorize anything or use Slack perfectly.

We’ll also walk through Slack together during your live orientation call, so you’ll have space to ask questions and get oriented in real time.

This module exists to reduce friction and help you feel at home inside the WINC community.
