WINC 2025 Retreat

The Reclamation

Friday, September 26th, 10 a.m. - Sunday, September 28th, 10:30 a.m.

Private riverside estate on the Niagara River | WNY

This is not just a getaway.
The Reclamation is a curated space to realign your energy, reconnect with your power, and rise into what’s next — surrounded by women who are doing the same.

Every element is intentionally designed to reflect WINC’s four core pillars:
Connection. Growth. Visibility. Contribution.

You’ll be supported by transformative sessions, nourishing food, powerful conversations, and sacred rituals — all held in a container of relational depth and shared evolution. This is where we slow down, listen in, and move forward — together.

The Experience

Friday: Aligned & Energized

We begin with grounded presence and honest momentum. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a space that holds you as you are — no masks, no proving.

Our opening sessions invite clarity, intention, and aligned energy. This isn’t about hustle. It’s about finding your center and letting new vision rise from there.

In the evening, we gather for our first dinner — a sensory experience crafted by holistic chef Mel of Be Well Love Mel, who curates meals that mirror our energy and support our recalibration.

Saturday: Rest. Reclaim. Rise.

Saturday is the heart of The Reclamation — where we come home to ourselves through rest, reflection, and radical self-trust.

We begin with a sound bath led by owner of Ouroboros Therapeutic Arts, Kristina Murray, opening space in our bodies and energy fields for something deeper to move.

Afternoon Connection Circles invite real visibility and sisterhood — where you’ll be witnessed, heard, and held. These conversations are not just about networking. They’re about remembering the power of being in intentional relationship.

That night, we share our final meal prepared by Mel, and then gather around the fire for a closing ceremony led by Sara Semon of Gigi’s Grimoire — where breathwork, movement, and sacred release become the vehicle for our collective rise.

Sunday: Integration

There’s no agenda here.
Just coffee, conversation, reflection — and space to absorb what’s shifted.

We close softly and individually, but still connected — because the relationships built in this container extend far beyond the weekend.

Curated, Immersive, and Energetically Anchoring

These experiences hold the soul of The Reclamation — intentionally woven into the retreat as energetic activations, not extras.

Vibrational Reset

This immersive sound experience, led by Kristina Murray of Ouroboros Therapeutic Arts, opens Saturday with sacred stillness.
Through bowls, resonance, and deep intention, Kristina helps recalibrate your nervous system and clear stagnant energy — creating space for grounded rest and realignment.

Culinary Integrations

Each evening meal is a grounded expression of the day’s energy — thoughtfully prepared by Mel of Be Well Love Mel, whose intuitive, seasonal cooking nourishes more than the body.
Mel’s food anchors us in alignment, supports emotional release, and offers nourishment as ceremony.
Every plate is part of your reclamation.

Sacred Release & Collective Rise

Our closing ceremony, guided by Sara Semon of Gigi’s Grimoire, blends somatic movement, ritual breathwork, and sacred fire to support embodied transformation.
You’ll release what’s heavy, move what’s stuck, and rise into visibility — witnessed by the flames and your fellow women.
This isn’t just movement. It’s embodied remembrance.
