So, is WINC calling you?

  • You’ve outgrown the rooms you used to thrive in

  • You know you’re meant for more — and you’re done chasing it

  • You crave real connection — not performative networking

  • You want to grow without burning out

  • You’re ready to feel held, seen, and sparked again

  • You know the fire is in you — and you’re ready to finally unleash it

WINC is a space for women ready to reconnect with their truth, embody their fire, and grow inside a community that actually feels good.

I’m Desirae - founder of WINC, mirror, activator, and clarity coach for women who know they’re meant for more.

I created this space for women who are done performing, done comparing, and ready to finally unleash the fire they’ve been holding back.

  • WINC didn’t start with a business plan. It started with a feeling.

I was walking into networking rooms that felt transactional, performative, and heavy, and I remember thinking, there has to be a place where women can just breathe. A place where you didn’t have to pitch, prove, or perform—where you could just show up and be yourself.

    So I created one.

WINC was originally co-created alongside Chris Belin, and in those early days, it was simple. Women gathered, conversations flowed, and something real was happening in the room. It wasn’t about business cards or perfect introductions—it was about connection you could actually feel.

Over time, like many things that grow quickly, it became more structured. More defined. And in that process, it drifted further from what made it powerful in the first place.

And eventually, it all came to a turning point.

What felt like things falling apart was actually a clearing. Because the truth was, WINC was never meant to be a networking group. It was always something deeper—it just took me time to fully see it.

Today, WINC is a space for women who are ready to stop performing, stop overthinking, and start moving in alignment with who they actually are. A space where you are seen, where you can exhale, and where connection actually moves something inside of you.

The fire that runs through WINC now is intentional. It represents the release of who you were taught to be, the burning down of what no longer fits, and the unapologetic emergence of who you’ve been all along. Your truth doesn’t whisper—it blazes.

WINC’s promise is simple: alignment—with who you are, how you lead, and the life you’re here to build.

And if you feel the pull toward this space, that’s not an accident.

Feeling the pull?

Trust it.
This is your invitation.

Women don’t join WINC to network — they join because they’re done walking alone.
If you’re feeling the spark, this is where you follow it.
