With our mission to be a deliberate community of high-caliber professional women who build, support and project an atmosphere of mutual success, and our vision to be the ultimate environment for women to grow professionally and personally, each of our members plays an integral part in growing WINC. This is a space for growth individually and as a group.
Membership Benefits
Our membership is open to all professional women who looking for professional and personal growth, and a supportive community that believes in collaboration over competition.
We maintain a portion of member base that is service/product specific, meaning that each member represents a different service or product. This facet is integral in allowing WINC members to embrace our core value of trust & vulnerability in building the relationships that are the foundation of the success we share.
Membership Requirements
In order to hold one of our service specific seats, we ask our members to actively participate in our proven success model.
Our Associate Membership Level, being our flexible membership level does not have requirements.
Networking
WINC hosts 2 networking events each year. Networking Beyond Your Job Title, is an event exclusive for women, because we know women network differently. 5º to Success is co-hosted by T.E.A.M Network Referral Group and offers attendees the opportunity to put the small degree of separation Buffalo is known for to work in finding the people they will come to know as success partners.
Philanthropy
We understand that success is not achievable without first giving. We give back our time and energy throughout the year. Plus, every November, WINC hosts Sip.Shop.Support. to aid our community threefold: supporting the women uplifting sip & shop experience, supporting women owned businesses in the promotion of their goods and services, and supporting a local non-profit that supports women and/or children.
