Hey, BUFFALO! Grab your hiking shoes and meet us out on the trail! You'll want to bring a journal and water!

*Circle up for meet-and-greet at the trail start! Meeting spot is the Eternal Flame Trail Parking Lot on Chestnut Ridge Rd.

*One hour-ish hike round trip (all levels welcome). We are taking the route detour per this summer's upgrades. FYI - Some of the hike is in/near a creek, so be mindful of your footwear!

*At the midway point (Eternal Flame), we will be led through a coaching session on a mid-year goal check up. Bring a towel to sit on, a small journal and pen (your phone will work fine, too).

*Light bites and drinks for all.
