January’s Open Meeting will feature our Annual Vision Board Creation Event, a look back at our past year and the vision for 2024!

Open Networking begins at 5:30pm. Structured meeting, 6:00-8:00pm.

Held at Events by Sto Lat - 4475 Transit Rd. Buffalo, NY 14221

Here is everything you need to prepare for this event:

1. Come prepared with a VISION!  Here is a guide to help with this.

2. Come prepared with supplies to create your vision board. You can either bring a tablet or laptop to make a digital board, or you can bring physical supplies to create a board to hang somewhere you see every day.

   1. Digital Programs for Creating:

      • Phone or Tablet: Google Slides, Frame Magic, Canva, Photo Grid

      • Laptop or Desktop: Google Slides, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, PicMonkey, Illustrator

   2. Physical Supplies:

      • These can all be found at Michael’s or JoAnn’s. If you are going to shop for supplies, I suggest walking around the scrapbooking aisles to get inspiration or fun supplies you never really would have thought of!

        • glue sticks/glue bottle

        • magazines- precut images or do it there

        • scrapbook paper with patterns, pictures, textures you’d like to use- find books or single pieces

        • printed out words that resonate with your 2023 goals- you can also find these in magazines

        • markers

        • scissors

        • poster board cut to the size you’d like

        • garland from Michael’s or JoAnn’s

        • small clothespins or any other kind of clips you may need

        • dried floral pieces, small pieces of fake greenery/flowers, feathers- look in crafting aisles

        • stickers

        • polaroids or photos
